Salento Bici Tour participated in the Sustour project funded by the EU COSME program, together with 54 Italian Small and Medium Enterprises.
Across Europe, 600 Tour Operators have joined this project, directed to improve sustainability skills through the Travelife certification pathway.
Thanks to the implementation of management systems, shared standards and solutions suggested by the training path, we have improved our internal management and our environmental and social sustainability performance.
As part of the Travelife certification process, we have established a policy that brings together all our values.

The Travelife Partner award is a recognition of our commitment towards social and environmental sustainability. We comply with more than 100 criteria related to sustainability management, office operations, working with suppliers and customer communication. We are working towards further improvements aiming to eventually reach the Travelife Certified stage.
