Azienda agricola Piccapane (Cutrofiano)

Piccapane is our ‘twin’ project. They’re more sedentary, while we are (intra) nomads. But we share the same great care for our land and the dream of building a better world. They also provide accomodation.

Osteria del Pardo (Santa Maria di Leuca)

In one of the loveliest spots in Leuca, our friend Federico delights us with his seafood cuisine, made with the freshest ingredients and the warmest welcome.

Panificio Caroppo (Specchia Gallone)

Donato produces everything at km zero, from grain to bread and buns with cheese. If we have time we never miss a visit to the huge stone oven and to listen to the beautifully played popular music. 

Trattoria Retrò (Castrignano del Capo)

The cosmopolitan Salvatore get us drunk in all languages, with all the sauces he makes and his good wine. His is the last, but definitely not least, of our hike of discovery of the Capo di Leuca’s treasures.

Bottega Stifanelli (Galatina)

The best products of Salento and Valle d’Itria, from pasta to cheese, through sauces, wild onions and sausages. Take advice from Salvatore: he will know exactly how to delight your palate at any time of the day.

Cantine Menhir (Minervino di Lecce)

White, red, rosé... we often stop in the shady garden of this winery (with its own production facilities) to enjoy wine and cheese tasting.

Schola Sarmenti (Nardò)

A renovated old winery, where we usually visit the cellars to learn more about the wine-making processes. Never miss a final tasting of the excellent house wines.

“La Cutura” Botanical Garden (Giuggianello)

An impressive collection of succulent, Mediterranean, tropical and sub-tropical plants, housed in the grounds of an ancient XVII century farm. Everything emanates from the passion of Toto, who also enchants us with his stories every time we visit.
